Salon Etiquette & Policies

At Dream Hair Studio, our goal is to create a seamless, elevated experience for every guest who walks through our doors. To ensure we respect both your time and ours, please review our salon policies below.

Appointments:

  • We kindly ask that all appointment changes or cancellations be made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
  • This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for availability.
  • Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge this fee to the card on file.

Service Adjustments

  • Your happiness is extremely important to us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 7 days of your original appointment.
  • We will gladly make a reasonable adjustment based on the service that was originally discussed during your consultation. Adjustments must be scheduled within this timeframe to ensure the best possible results.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services and the time, products, and expertise involved, all services are non-refundable once they have been completed.
  • We stand behind our work and are always happy to make adjustments within our policy guidelines to ensure you feel confident and beautiful.

Retail Purchases

  • All retail products are final sale.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges on retail items.
  • If you have questions about a product before purchasing, our team is always happy to guide you toward the best choice for your hair needs.

Hair Extensions

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book all hair extension appointments.
  • Once extensions have been installed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Pricing Notice

All services are listed as “starting at” prices. Final pricing may vary based on factors such as:

  • Hair length
  • Thickness and density
  • Product usage
  • Complexity of the service

Additional charges may apply to ensure we deliver the highest quality results tailored specifically to you.

Wardrobe

We make every attempt to cover clothing and protect your wardrobe, because we work with chemical services we kindly ask you to wear clothing you dont mind getting color on

 We are not responsible for any damaged clothing during your service.

Social media

We at dream hair studio will take photos and videos for our socials, if you prefer to not be in them just let us know
